Citizens Advice Bureau operate nationally and provide advice on a wide range of topics, including housing. There are several Citizens Advice Bureaux in the area. Shelter works to ensure that everyone has a suitable, decent and affordable home. A part of this service is Shelterline Britain's first 24 hour, free national housing helpline.
