Waiting Times
How long you will need to wait to be rehoused will depend on:
What band you have been placed into? For example, a customer in band 4 will wait longer to be rehoused than a customer in band 1.
How long you have been on the waiting list? For example, if two customers in band 1 bid for a property in the Homeline freesheet then the customer in band 1 who has waited the longest will be offered the property.
How many properties of the type you need and are eligible for become available within your chosen areas?
How limited your areas of choice are? For example, if you are waiting for one area or one estate within an area where very few properties have become available you may have to wait longer to be rehoused.
